Heartfelt Post by Ayushmann Khurrana after winning Filmfare Award for Best Actor Critics

Famous Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana shows his love for the country after sharing a heartfelt post. Ayushmann Khurrana won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor Critics for his movie Article 15. After winning the award he shared a post on Instagram, in which he proved himself as a great Indian citizen.

Numerous Bollywood celebs, including Ranveer Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Tapsee Pannu, Varun Dhawan and countless other attended the Filmfare Award, on 15th February, Saturday. The event was held in Guwahati, Assam.

Movie Gully Boy, was the biggest winner of the night, with thirteen trophies. Gully boy beats the record of previous movie, DDLJ, DEVDAS AND BLACK (10awards each), followed by URI: The Surgical Strike, Article 15 and War at a very distant second with three awards each.

Among the victors, Ayushmann Khurrana took the award for Best Actor Critics for Article 15. After winning he share a heartfelt post on his victory.

HIS NOTE:

“When I wrapped up Article 15, I had posted a caption on my social media platforms stating that I just wrapped up the most important film of 2019. And Jitesh Pillai had asked me don’t you think you’re being too pompous. The I edited it and changed it to one of the best. But, tonight at this moment I stand corrected and validated. Thanks for your unconditional love Jitesh. Article 15 also women the best film in Critics. Thank you Anubhav sir, your new 2.0 version is that of legend.

Kisi ne nahi socha tha ki main Uniform mein acha lagoonga. Aapki vision ko salaam (Nobody thought I could look good in Uniform, salute to your vision). Film ke co-writer Gaurav Solanki k lekhan ko salaam. Bharat ke Samvidhan ko salaam. Hindustan ki badalti awaam ko salaam.”

The movies highlight the caste discrimination in the country through a mix various incident. The film’s title derives from Article 15 of the Indian Constitution which prohibits discrimination on grounds of religion, caste, race, sex, and place of birth.
